Principles of Gentle Yoga with Allyson Allwine

Gentle Yoga is a style of yoga that is far less strenuous than other forms of yoga. It is less intense, so it can be very beneficial for those who are not capable of fulfilling the demands of other practices. Gentle Yoga accomplishes its goals of providing a workout without putting any unnecessary strain on the body by using modifications of standard Hatha yoga poses. Combined with meditation and a systematic relaxation, Gentle Yoga is the perfect way to end a stressful day!
